Pre-Order Policy

New orders will start shipping on the date listed on the product page.
By pre-ordering, you guarantee your preferred size and style will be available when orders ship.
At the time of your order you will be charged the full amount (or discounted promotional amount) for your pre-order items.
If we do not meet the minimum production requirements for pre-order styles to be made by the shipping date, or if style is canceled from the collection, you'll receive a full refund back to your original method of payment.
Weekly updates on your order status and completion will be sent, and you'll be notified immediately via email once your order has shipped.
Shipped pre-order styles are subject to our standard exchange and return policies.
We guarantee your satisfaction with the design and quality of our styles in your looks, or you can return your order for a full refund—no questions asked.
